Renshi Charles Harriday is the founder and Head Instructor at Harriday’s Karate and Fitness in Columbia, MD. Beginning his study of Martial Art at an early age, Renshi Harriday has been training and teaching for more than twenty-five years. He is a fifth-degree black belt who possesses degrees in Tae Kwon Do, and Shorin-ryu Karate. Renshi Harriday incorporates motivational techniques into his teaching style, which provides for the strengthening of both the body and the mind.
